Meet the Creator & Mom Behind The Muncie Mama’s Market.

Kyla is a mom of two girls (2 & 3 years old), photographer of 10+ years, business owner, gardener, lover of music and the outdoors, and a Muncie native. She graduated from Wapahani High School in 2012 and then attended Ball State University where she graduated with her BFA in Studio Art with an emphasis in Photography and Intermedia Arts. She immediately started her own photography business and opened up her photo studio a year later. She started the Muncie Mama’s Market in November of 2024 and has since hosted one each spring and fall, while growing from one building to two and doubling the amount of vendors.

-When I grab her cheeks and tickle her belly

-The ceiling fan when dad holds her up high to watch it

-When I sing and dance around the living room with her

-Swimming in grandma and grandpa’s pool

She is such a happy baby, and growing WAY too fast.

SHE’S WEARING: 3-6 month footies and 0-3 & 3-6 month clothes. We are moving up to size 2 diapers any day. She does not like wearing shoes!
